We try to avoid the use of chemicals, but this may be necessary, if the patio is in really poor condition. To clean a patio, we use high presssure cold water pumped through at over 3000psi. This is normally sufficient to clean off any surface dirt or weeds and algae. Once dry, we can apply a quality patio sealer for better protection and slow down any deterioration.
